Senior Interior Designer(s) for Specialty Retail

FRCH Design Worldwide, an award winning multi-disciplinary architecture, interior design, graphic design, and brand consulting firm based in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking passionate, self-motivated senior level Interior Designers. The Senior Interior Designers will work with a diverse base of clients and projects in our Specialty Retail studio. The positions involve concept design, planning, and documentation of both national and international retail projects. Will also play a large role in presentations, managing client / team relationships throughout the life of our projects, and mentoring & growing our talent going forward.

Requirements include an interior design degree with 6-10 yrs of proven specialty retail and/or restaurant interior design experience. Highly skilled rendering and presentation abilities, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-driven environment and a working knowledge of the business end of Interior Design is required. Must be hands-on leader, have proven decision making skills, with a true passion for what you do and who you do it for. These positions offer opportunities for involvement with a wide variety of clients and project types, ranging from themed retail and entertainment destinations to fashion and everywhere in between. Design Team Leader

The successful candidate will be able to:
· Manage Workload of Design Team
· Recruit, Hire and Retain Quality Design Staff
· Exhibit Excellent Presentation Skills of Loth Story With Client
· Motivate and Lead a Staff of 6-8 Designers
· Use Thorough Communication Skills
· Manage the Design Portion of the Dealership Process
· Be an Active Member of the Loth Columbus Leadership Team
· Maintain and/or Raise The Quality of Specifications and Planning By Design Team.
· Plan and Provide on Going Training/Mentoring For Design Staff
· Be Knowledgeable of Business Structures
· Have Mastered Computer Skills- AutoCAD, CAP, Microsoft Word Products, Time   Keeping Systems
· Have an Awareness Level Computer Skills- Rendering Software- Sketch-Up,   Configura, AutoCAD 3-D, Hedberg
· Be NCIDQ Certified and Active Member of IIDA or ASID
· Stay up to Date with Industry News and Publications
