Each year, we discuss the topics that we perceive to be the most influential drivers for the A&D community. In 2019, we introduced Altered States, which was an inward look at the continuation of some of the culture shifts we discussed in 2018 with Neoculture—and how A&D needed to respond, both in how we function within our firms, and how we design space. Now we’re going to discuss Neurodiversity and how creating a neurodiverse space is beneficial for everyone.
