About the Event
1. ORDER YOUR BINS - Keep in mind that the bins are 27-gallon plastic storage bins. Order one or order a few! Please order enough bins to properly fit samples and NOT make them extremely heavy!
2. SCHEDULE YOUR BIN DROPOFF - An IIDA member will coordinate delivery to your office during the week of 4/20.
3. FILL YOUR BINS - Try to keep like materials packaged together, and please be mindful to only fill bins with undamaged samples! Reminder, do not overpack bins so they are too heavy to carry!
4. IIDA VOLUNTEERS WILL PICK UP YOUR BINS - Bins will be picked up 5/1.
THAT'S IT! We'll take it from here to redistribute the materials to keep them from ending up in a landfill!
