Education is the foundation of the interior design profession. And students are the key to our IIDA Chapter. Ohio and Kentucky are home to some of the nation's top design programs. By supporting our local students, we're helping to further their personal growth within IIDA, in their future design careers and beyond.
As students, you are the key to our Ohio Kentucky chapter success. We have some of the top rated design schools in the nation and we are here to support you with great student focused events, student only competitions and to build networks with our professional design community with over 500 members. Any interior design student can join and get involved with our five city centers. We very much look forward to meeting you at one of our events or at a city center meeting.
HOW IT WORKS
The Ohio Kentucky Chapter operates locally in your community within our five city centers. As a student member you will be able to attend City Center and Chapter Events. Want more of a leadership role? Each interior Design program can create a Campus Center, a design centered club with a minimum of 10 students from one college that applies annually with IIDA headquarters. If you aren't a Campus Center, don't worry, your membership gains you access into our powerful design community.
Students enrolled in our design programs in our Ohio and Kentucky chapter can become members for $60 a year. Members can attend free or discounted events and have access to other networking opportunities.
A Campus Center is an interior design program with 10 or more students that apply with IIDA. They establish a design board within the school's program to build a network of peers, educators, and design professionals in the area.
A City Center is a group of ten or more members in a city who organize programs of interest to local members. As a member you may attend any event offered by city or campus centers.
