Columbus Zero Landfill Boxes

“We’re excited for the return of Zero Landfill again this year! Similar to past years, you are required to register for boxes, which will be used to collect your discarded materials. Volunteers will return 2 weeks later to collect the boxes and transport them to KBI’s Distribution warehouse for public pick up day.

New this year: someone from your firm will be required to attend an informative Zoom call on Thursday, July 7th prior to receiving boxes. We will have two time slots available at 8:30 am and 12 pm, so please ensure someone will be able to attend. During this call, we will review expectations, the overall process, and have an opportunity for you to ask any questions. Please only register for boxes if someone from your firm can attend.

(5) empty boxes are included with each ticket purchase. Each of the boxes will be labeled with a category. Please do your best to sort the materials accordingly as you go as this will help us greatly to prepare for pick up day!

Empty boxes will be delivered on Thursday, July 7th to your office. Full boxes will be picked up on Thursday, July 21st. Please make sure someone will be at your office to facilitate the delivery and pickup times if your office is not fully re-opened.

Registration for boxes will close on Friday, July 1st to allow enough time for IIDA to organize deliveries.

IIDA Ohio Kentucky Chapter has put in place precautionary measures aimed at preventing or reducing the spread of COVID-19 among attendees, including face masks for those that feel most comfortable that way,  providing ample hand sanitizer, and allowing social distancing. All attendees are required to consent to this waiver in order to attend the event.
