Our profession is predicated on maximizing and expanding the human experience, Â so it's important that we incorporate the fundamentals of equity, justice, humanity, and dignity in our practice of design. Â We believe as a chapter it's important to explore what this means for each of us individually as people and designers, as well as a collective of professionals. Â
This 1.5 hour program will explore some of the basic elements of DEI, establishing a baseline to understand where each of us are in our own journey, recognizing what elements of diversity we each bring to the table and how to recognize those unique qualities in each other. Â Â
