About the Event
Join us at Minerva Park Middle School from 11am - 2PM for a networking focused event organized by IIDA! This event is designed to connect students with industry professionals, offering a unique opportunity for career advancement, mentorship, and real-world insights.
Carrie Boyd, the first female CEO of MA Design, will speak on her career and provide insight on how to build your own brand. Following the presentation, students will have the opportunity to freely go to each career fair booth and speak with industry professionals about their company, job opportunities, and resume/portfolio questions.
The event will also include a tour of the school and free headshots for the students who attend.
Timeline for the event:
10:45 am - 11 am: Students Arrive (Parking is free in the lot in front of the school.)
11:00 am - 11:45 am: Guest Speaker Carrie Boyd - the first female CEO of MA Design
