These myths are perpetuated when organizations and leader put well-meaning initiatives in place, but without consistent leadership investment and focus, these initiatives can do the opposite of what they intend to do! We BUST these myths and discuss how to push through them in your organization to drive true growth and diverse employee retention. Participants engage with one another about which myth they see most frequently and how to creatively solve inclusion problems.
