Kristen Mara’s leadership has been transformative for the IIDA Ohio Kentucky Chapter, leaving a lasting impact on its members and the wider design community. Driven by a vision of professional growth, mentorship, and leadership development, Kristen has spearheaded several initiatives that continue to shape the future of the chapter.

Katherine has been a dedicated and passionate volunteer for the last five plus years. Without her, I don't know where we would be financially. She has been an incredible resource, readily available, supportive and kind throughout her time in her current and past roles. I'm proud to call her a friend, coworker and IIDA leader.

Mandy brings her creative professional perspective to the classroom, challenging students to dig deeper, and solve design problems in more profound ways.  Her students flourish under her guidance as they are prepared and challenged to take on the real world after graduation.  She is an absolute stand out educator of students, and as an adjunct member of the UC team, her contributions often slide under the radar.

Throughout her education at Kent State University, Melina took on many leadership roles, at the university level, regionally and nationally. She was a student member of IIDA and then co-president of our interior design student organization which promotes student participation and networking in both IIDA and ASID.
