RECAP: LOU|LEX Lexington Stretch & Connect 2026

There’s something special about taking a pause in the middle of a busy week to reconnect with yourself and with your community. Our recent Stretch & Connect event in Lexington was a wonderful reminder of how meaningful those moments can be.

Hosted by Lexington Salt Cave and Wellness, the evening brought together members of our design community for an experience centered around wellness, mindfulness, and connection. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere encouraged everyone to slow down, breathe deeply, and leave the stress of the week behind.

Attendees split into two groups to enjoy both a guided yoga session and time in the salt cave, each offering its own calming energy. Through movement, breathwork, and conversation, the evening created space for reflection, restoration, and genuine connection.
