Our inaugural CollabCON was an afternoon of engaging conversations and even more engaging competition! This program began with attendees gathering over lunch for a moderated panel discussion on what collaboration in the new workplace looks like now in 2022. We had three wonderful speakers: Laurel Gibson, IIDA (Director of Facilities Planning & Projects, Western & Southern Financial Group), Allise Seiler-Flock (Interior Designer & Assistant Tenant Finish Project Manager, Corporex Development and construction Management), and Kristin Conatti (Director of Field Sales Enablement at Steelcase). Attendees were encouraged to ask their questions and share their ideas with the panel.
After an educational hour with our panel, attendees then broke out in to pairs to compete in Minute-To-Win-It style games ran by our amazing industry sponsors! Some examples of the games in the rotation were a memory game with manufacturer's samples, shuffleboard, and a washer toss. The three highest scoring teams left with gift cards and a new outlook on collaboration!
